Date/Banana Smoothie

Looking for something easy, quick and healthy to have for Suhoor? You may want to try this filling Date and Banana  smoothie packed with nutrition.

 

What you need:

> 2 cups  milk

> 2 T oat bran

> 1-2 banana’s

> 6-8 dates

> 2 T crushed Almonds

> Honey to sweeten

>A dash of cinnamon powder


Here’s How:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve cold.
