Vanilla Marshmallow Cake

What you need:
4 eggs separated  – beat egg whites till stiff and fluffy
¾ cups castor sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup oil
6 Tblspn milk

Here’s How:

fold egg whites in to the castor sugar.  Then add the egg yolks.
Sift baking powder and flour 6 times.  Add sifted flour to mixture.
Then add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Beat. Add ¼ cup oil and mix. Lastly
add the 6 Tblspn milk and beat well.
Spray and cook 2 x 25cm pans and add half batter in each. Bake 180’c till done.

Icing :

125 gram margarine,
125gram wooden spoon margarine,
2 ½ cups icing sugar that’s been sifted,
2 Tblspn milk,
1 tsp vanilla essence.

Beat all ingredients till light and creamy.
Sandwich cakes and ice.

Dust dessicated coconut over.

Decorate with Marshmallows.
