Jealousy is the first sin committed in the sky and the first sin committed on earth.
The Jews did not submit to Rasulullah Sallallāhu Alayhi Wasallam because of jealousy.
Rasulullah Sallallāhu Alayhi Wasallam said: Jealousy eats a persons good deeds like how fire eats dry wood.
Hazrat Mu’awiyya stated that jealousy kills the jealous person before the victim of jealousy.
A jealous person actually fights with Allah.
