kindly advise if in the picture accompanying the hadith , the pictures of the head gear of the 2 women , depicts the meaning of the prohibition.

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Hereunder is the narration in reference;

Rasulallah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) says,

«صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا، قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ، وَنِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ مُمِيلَاتٌ مَائِلَاتٌ، رُءُوسُهُنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ الْمَائِلَةِ، لَا يَدْخُلْنَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَلَا يَجِدْنَ رِيحَهَا، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا»

“There are two groups of people who are from amongst the inmates of the fire, I have not seen them (in my era):

1. a) Such a nation who possesses whips like the tails of cattle, they beat the people with it.
2. b) Women who are dressed, yet they are naked, they inclining towards others and others inclining towards them, their heads are like the leaning humps of camels, they will not enter Jannah, nor will they get its fragrance. Verily, its fragrance can be smelt from such and such distance.”[2]

In explaining the Hadith, Imam Nawawi (رحمه الله) states,

“They extend the head by tying a cloth (turban), pins, or something similar (which is generally worn on the head in such a way that it resembles the hump of a camel).” [3]

Mufti Taqi Usmani (دامت بركاته) writes, “It has become common for women to arrange the tresses of their hair and then gather it in the center or top of their heads. They do so in the exact manner described in the Hadith, which is a miracle of Prophet hood since Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) predicted the behavior of such women more than 14 centuries ago.”[4]

It is prohibited to draw pictures of human beings. Nevertheless, the pictures do depict the prohibited style referred to in the Hadith.
