Praying Salaah with nail polish

Question:

I know that nail polish must be removed before making wudu/ghusl.
But my question is, if one already has wudu, or makes wudu then wears polish (and did not break the wudu), can she pray with the nail polish on?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If one has Wudhu and thereafter applies the nail polish and performs Salah, the Salah will be valid. Wudhu with the nail polish is invalid.[1] Furthermore, the nail polish should not have any impure ingredients in it. [2]
