Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If you are certain the discharge is not a wet dream, then ghusl is not necessary and wudū is sufficient to perform salah.
Further, if a female is certain that the discharge she is experiencing is produced only in the vagina then such discharge is pure and does not even nullify wudū. This ruling is applicable on condition the discharge is clear or white (normal color). If it is mixed with blood or the discharge is due to arousal (madhi) the wudū will be invalidated.
However, if a female is unaware of the exact origin of her discharge (the vagina or the cervix), then she must renew her wudū before salāh. This is so because of the possibility the discharge may be from the cervix and thus impure. For details please see: http://www.askimam.org/public/question_detail/25947
If your discharge is very severe, such that you cannot keep your wudū for even two rakahs of salah in an entire time of salah then you would be considered ma’zūr (excused). For details, please see: http://askimam.org/public/question_detail/24746
