What you need:
Ready made samoosa pur
Filling:
1 cup chicken fillet (cubed)
½ tsp salt
3 T steers creamy jalapeno sauce
3 T crystal sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
1 T butter
2 cups grated cheese
1 T freshly chopped greens
1 egg (beaten)
Breadcrumbs
Here’s how:
Combine the cubed chicken, salt, sauces, lemon juice, and butter in a pot. Cook over medium heat until tender. Allow to cool.
Add the cheese and greens.
Fill as samoosa’s.
Dip in egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in shallow oil, turning once over until golden brown on both sides.
Serving suggestions:
Serve with lemon slices.
