Hummus is one of the most popular Middle Eastern dips. Served with fresh or toasted pita bread, hummus makes for a great snack or appetizer.
What you need:
I can drained can-chickpeas
Lemon rind of 1 lemon with lemon juice
1 T garlic
2 T Tahini\yoghurt
1\4 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Blend all together.
Add1\4 cup water to make Hummus creamier.
When done add drizzle olive oil and sprinkle abit of crushed Jeero.
