What you need:
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 Tblsp Maizena (cornflour)
1 Tblsp coffee mixed in a little hot water
Approx 3 1/2 cups flour
1 teasp baking powder
Beat butter and sugar very well.
Add cornflour and beat.
Add coffee and b powder. Beat.
Add flour and mix to a soft biscuit dough.
push through nozzle to make long shapes.
Bake at 180 until lightly browned and done.
When biscuits are cool dip edges in melted chocolate.
